The National Assembly Library was alive with intellectual energy as the Executive Secretary, Rt. Hon. Henry Nwawuba, proudly played host to a distinguished gathering of Nigeria’s top legislative icons, academic giants, and elder statesmen.
The occasion was the official public presentation of A Collection of Essays: Readings on the Legislature, a seminal work by policy expert Professor Ladi Hamalai.
Rt. Hon. Nwawuba welcomed the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Abbas Tajudeen, PhD, GCON (represented by House Leader Prof. Julius Ihonvbere); former Speaker and Katsina State Governor, Rt. Hon.
